Kelowna is approximately a 4-hour drive from Vancouver, or a short flight into Kelowna International Airport (YLW). We recommend booking travel early, particularly if you plan to fly or travel over the weekend.

Yes! We’ve secured a discounted room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna. A curated list of nearby hotels and accommodations will also be available on our wedding website, along with Airbnb options if you’re planning to make a weekend of it.

Yes! We’ll be providing Uber gift cards to assist with transportation to and from the ceremony, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving.

On-site parking is limited. As drinks will be flowing, we encourage guests to take advantage of Uber (with the provided gift cards) and leave the driving to someone else.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving around 3:30 PM to allow time to settle in and enjoy the vineyard and winery before we begin.

Our celebration will be elegant yet relaxed, perfectly suited for a vineyard setting.
